Born out of a Beijing hutong of the same name, Daxue Jiadao 大学夹道 is a purveyor of tea and teaware rooted in the daily practice of drinking and sharing tea. With a focus on uncommon, high-quality materials and the charm of everyday objects, we want to bring both experienced drinkers and those new to the world of tea together, to learn, to explore, and to enjoy.

Your order will ship from Beijing within two weeks of purchase, via ePacket or EMS.

Currently we are offering flat-rate shipping to the following destinations:

Greater Asia - $17
Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand

And variable-rate shipping ($21+) to the following, based on total package weight:

Currently we are seeing increased shipping costs, especially for N. America, Australia, and New Zealand. We will be updating our shipping prices on a regular basis to reflect ongoing changes, hopefully in the lower direction.

Terms & Conditions

All sales are final. Lost or returned packages prior to clearing customs in the receiving country will be replaced. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for loss once the package clears the receiving country's customs and released to the local carrier.

We declare our packages accurately for the purpose of customs clearance. Should you have specific customs declaration requirements, it is your responsibility to let us know at the time of the purchase. Please be aware of the import requirements of your country. We cannot be responsible for any holds or seizures by import customs, though we will do our best to assist in resolving any problems that may arise.
